Dr. Adam Weiss has been helping me recover from Lumber Discectomy surgery! He has provided private Pilates lessons for me with introducing me to Pilates as I have never done. I am gaining strength after two weeks of consistency with him and advancing quicker than I ever thought.

This is by far one of the best workouts I have ever had with the best results! Dr. Weiss makes the class fun and always changes up the workouts so you get a different variety week by week. I have always had lower back problems and this class really helped strengthen my core to the point that I barely had any problems at all. I have also used Dr. Weiss as a Chiropractor because I have felt so comfortable with him by taking his classes.
